Felicia Sanders is Michelin North America's newly appointed chief human resources officer. Her energetic leadership style and authentic approach to developing people are a direct reflection of Michelin's core values. "I am energized and humbled by the opportunity to support more than 23,000 employees as we work together to better serve our customers and achieve our strategy." Felicia is the first female chief human resources officer at Michelin. She began her career in the chemical industry in engineering, and over the past 25 years, has served in roles in manufacturing management, supply chain, business development and marketing. Since 2018, Felicia led Michelin's tire manufacturing facility in Dothan, Alabama. "To me, leadership is the culmination of vision, motivation and behavior. It absolutely invigorates me to collect a team, motivate them, and see them win," Felicia said. "At the same time, I am inspired by the energy of that team and live to serve others. Over the course of my career, I've had the opportunity to work with many social organizations and lead different diversity initiatives. I look forward to this new journey where I can work on hiring, attracting and retaining key talent, while also discovering new ways to unlock hidden potential in our workforce."
